Shree Modkeshwar Ganapati Mandir is one of the 21 famous Varadvinayak temples in Maharashtra, situated on the banks of the Godavari River in Nashik. Popularly known as the \u201cModkeshwar Ganpati,\u201d this temple is renowned for its self-manifested (Swayambhu) Ganesh idol. The temple complex also houses a small shrine of Kashi Vishweshwar Mahadev.
